Formidable Forms Pro 7.0: a required field that is not always visible

Formidable Forms creates WordPress forms and stores their entries. Our test uses a workshop booking with Personal and Company branches. A company name is required only for Company bookings, while every booking needs a valid reply email and between one and five seats. The point is to check what happens at the boundaries, not merely show a form-builder dashboard.

The working installation used the supplied Formidable Forms free core 7.0 and Formidable Forms Pro 7.0 together. The main download is the Pro ZIP; the free base is identified separately inside the companion collection. Neither archive is described here as a substitute for a developer account or hosted integration.

Reproduce a small booking form with explicit boundaries

Install and activate the free base before Pro. Open WordPress administration once to complete the native Formidable database setup before running developer fixtures. In this lab, activation through WP-CLI alone had not yet created the form tables; the administration request completed that setup. That provisioning detail is included so someone repeating the test does not mistake missing tables for a failed conditional rule.

Create a form, add the four fields, and apply the display condition to Company name. Set its required flag as well as its display rule. A visible label with an asterisk is not sufficient evidence that a saved entry cannot omit the value; that is why the test includes the native validation result for both branches.

Blank company details passed Personal and failed Company

The Personal case passed while Company name was empty and hidden. Switching to Company made the same empty value fail with a field-specific required message. Supplying Synthetic Studio made that branch pass. The condition therefore affected the required-field decision rather than only the visual layout.

The browser transition was checked separately from the PHP validator. This catches a practical mismatch: an interface might hide a field that the server still requires, or reveal one whose server rule is missing. Our two branches agreed. We did not test nested sections, repeating rows, multipage state or every possible condition operator.

A valid-looking form still needs email and quantity checks

These cases used an otherwise complete branch so the quantity or email rule was the relevant failure. The quantity test checks both ends of the configured range. It is not a test of shared seat inventory: five separate visitors could still request five seats unless a separate availability system coordinates them. This form is a booking request, not a capacity-controlled ticketing application.

After the native entry-creation check, we submitted the actual frontend form using a synthetic address, Company, Synthetic Studio and two seats. The response displayed our saved confirmation. That browser submission is an additional observation, distinct from calling the entry API directly.

Pro, the free base and the dated add-on collection

The first button downloads the supplied Pro 7.0 package. The All Addons companion includes 49 selected add-on archives plus the required Formidable core 7.0 dependency. Its inventory records individual names, versions and hashes. Extract the outer ZIP and install individual plugins; uploading the collection as if it were one plugin is not the intended installation path.

The checks here used core and Pro only. Views, PDFs, payment gateways, signatures, webhooks, user registration, third-party services and other bundled add-ons were not exercised. Inclusion in a source collection is not proof that those individual versions are compatible or that an external service account is available.

Our recorded environment was WordPress 7.1.3, PHP 8.4.26 and MySQL 8.4.11 with Twenty Twenty-Five 1.5. The fields captured from the supplied main header do not declare minimum WordPress/PHP requirements. Treat this as one tested runtime and consult the package documentation before deploying a different combination.

Choose this kind of form when structured saved entries and conditional data collection solve the actual task. For guaranteed seat availability, recurring memberships or a payment-led checkout, evaluate that system’s own state and fulfilment model. We measured no performance comparison or ranking against other form products.

Formidable Forms Pro Download and Nulled FAQ

“Nulled” usually describes software whose activation or licence checks have been removed or altered; the word alone does not determine whether a particular use is lawful. GPL-covered code can be studied, modified and redistributed subject to its licence conditions, but this does not grant access to a developer’s account, hosted services, updates or support. We discuss the term here to answer a common search question; the download details separately identify the package source and tested version. Any plugin or theme obtained through an unverified third party can contain unwanted changes or malicious code, whether or not it is labelled “nulled”. Before installing it, you can ask ChatGPT or Claude Code to inspect the extracted source for suspicious behaviour without executing it or sharing credentials. Treat that review as an additional check: AI can miss harmful code or flag harmless code, and a clean result is not a security guarantee.

Can the free base be skipped? It was part of the working pair. Install the supplied core 7.0 before Pro 7.0 and retest if either ZIP changes.

Were all 49 add-ons tested? No. They were inventoried and bundled. The published functional checks concern the core/Pro conditional booking form and its saved entries.

Does a passed entry API check prove the browser path works? It does not by itself. We also submitted the frontend form and recorded its confirmation, which is why both forms of evidence are provided.

Does this page describe the latest vendor build? It records the supplied version and 17 October 2026 test. It does not assert that no newer release exists or reproduce an untested vendor changelog as our own experience.
